Project Health Checks and Reviews:

Review proposed contract terms prior to commencement and if necessary, advise and seek to negotiate and amend unfair contract terms and commercial risk responsibility
Advise on responsibilities such as design and programme requirements, review damages and insurances requirements etc
Review notifications procedures and check that they are in place and followed
Check downstream subcontract terms and if required provide update recommendations
Review commercial procedures and advise any improvements.

Project Support:

New project setup working with your internal systems to get the project setup and provide specific proforma template documents as required
Commercial support and guidance to delivery teams to ensure that all are aware of the contract obligations and implications
Preparation of simple user guides to help project delivery teams comply with the key contract timescales for notices and other obligations
Track cost and variations or compensation events to ensure that all cost expenditure is reclaimed in a timely manner and work to get them agreed in preparation of the Final Account
Advise what records should be kept and maintained
